We had Sarah perform our wedding ceremony, I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and beautiful words. From the very beginning Sarah was so helpful and made us feel at ease, she always responded quickly and always had time for a video call.
My husband is a man of few words and Sarah worked so well getting very loving answers from him, and he certainly didn’t make it easy! So thank you Sarah, for all your help, guidance and charming ceremony. We especially loved the copy of the words/vows and beautiful certificate.
I cannot recommend her enough.

Clarissa was absolutely the loveliest celebrant and went above and beyond! She was truly irreplaceable and a delight to work with. She is very positive, supportive, and helps keep you on schedule – which we needed. She also takes her time to get to know you so your event feels unique and special to you and your story. We loved working with her!

Giulia was our celebrant and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the beginning she was thoughtful, attentive and clearly so invested in our wedding and happiness. We spoke to her several times over video conference, and then we met her near her hometown in Italy, where she took us for a coffee, and we discussed the details of the ceremony together. Not only is Giulia super organised and professional, on the actual day she delivered the ceremony with character and emotion. Our guests told us how much they loved the way she handled the ceremony, so really we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Giulia!

Renata was our wedding celebrant in September 2022. From our first conversation until the wedding day we had a fantastic experience with her, including a very personal service, easy communication in both English and German, and a great speech at the wedding.

Highly recommended wedding celebrant.

Cannot recommend Sarah enough, we loved her from the minute we had our initial call! She really got to know us well through different calls and emails and made the ceremony so personal to us and our story. All of our guests commented on how fabulous the ceremony was. Sarah sent us so many sample readings, vows and traditions. Such a wonderful warm person!

We used Sarah for our wedding ceremony and can’t thank her enough for the amazing day she helped create! Right from the very first Skype call we had, we knew that we wanted her to be involved. Sarah made us feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. She kept in contact with us right up until the day of the wedding ensuring every detail was right for us! The ceremony was perfect and personal to us and our family. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

-Julie & Uwe

Sarah was simply magnificent! From the day we met her on Skype to our wedding day we always felt she was satisfying all our needs. She immediately understood what kind of ceremony we wanted and the script she prepared was wonderful. We still feel a rush of emotion every time we read it. The fact that she spoke English and Italian was perfect for us. We couldn’t have hoped for more! It was so great to meet Sarah and have her as our celebrant on our wedding day because she took the time to get to know us and she was able to portray aspects of our characters and our relationship which would not normally have come out in the speeches. Our family and friends still say how the ceremony made them laugh and cry! As well as writing the ceremony, Sarah was able to advise us on all the little things such as the parchment, the music, and the role the children could play. We found out about Passaggi through the venue, Tenuta Monacelli, and we are so grateful. We recommend her to all couples who want a special personal touch for their wedding!

We were very happy to have had Sarah as our wedding celebrant. We felt at ease with her starting from the first meeting on Skype. She took the time to get to know us, she gave some good advice and ideas for the ceremony and she comprehended our wishes. The ceremony really suited us and we are grateful for the lovely words and for the warm and professional performance of the ceremony. We could not have wished for more!

Clarissa was very supportive and offered guidance from start to finish during the process of creating the perfect ceremony. She was able to give a broad spectrum of examples and suggestions for different approaches and helped us to personalise the day and make it as bespoke as we wanted. She helped us to combine traditional customs and prayers with more personal symbolic additions. We were extremely happy with the finished result and had so many positive comments from friends and family after the event. We would highly recommend working with her!

We connected with Giulia back in 2020 after Passaggi was recommended by our venue, and we are so glad we found her! Giulia was amazing to work with from the start right up to the wedding day (and throughout the postponement due to covid!); the perfect balance of being organised and proactive but never pushy.

She really took the time to get to know us and to make sure that each detail of the ceremony was exactly as we would want it. She gave us good recommendations on elements of the ceremony we were unsure of and gave us helpful feedback when some of our ideas wouldn’t have worked in practice.

One of the things that was really lovely was her asking each of us questions secretly for the other not to see, and piecing together our scribbles into a beautiful love story for the ceremony. She also liaised directly with our guests who were doing readings, so that they could be kept as a surprise for us on the day.
Giulia worked with the venue and the live musicians to ensure that everything ran smoothly on the day. She even kept my groom company while I was running late! The ceremony was casual and heart-felt, unique to us and exactly what we had imagined. Many of our guests commented on what a wonderful ceremony it was and we cannot thank Giulia enough for making our special day so perfect!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for making our wedding ceremony so special!!! My gosh, we did not expect it to be like that and you executed our love so perfectly!

Your kindness, good humour and patience won us over…Separately we wrote our story, but your skills turned the stories around and made it into an amazing interwoven tale to tell at our ceremony…In truth, our favourite part of our whole day was the ceremony, and that is down to you, the work you did and how you put it across to our guests. Everyone told us it was the most romantic wedding they had ever been to! And we made a large amount of our guests cry too, which is always a winner!

Clarissa was a joy to work with; she gave us a lot of great suggestions and guidance and tailored our ceremony exactly to our tastes and reflecting our English and Norwegian backgrounds. That Clarissa stayed in regular contact with us in the run-up to our big day was such a comfort to us (having planned our Rome wedding remotely). Many of our guests praised how beautiful and intimate the ceremony was, and particularly enjoyed the Love Story that Clarissa had written for us. We cannot recommend Clarissa enough and are so grateful to have found her.

- Jen & Eirik, Castello di Torcrescenza, Rome

Clarissa made a huge effort to get to know both of us and this translated into the perfect, personalised wedding ceremony. We had guests from both Ireland and Italy at our wedding and Clarissa did an outstanding job in managing the cultural and language differences and ensured all of our guests could follow the ceremony. The ceremony was one of the aspects of our wedding where we have received the most compliments from our guests. It was the perfect mix of humour and emotion and this is down to the excellent job Clarissa has done in creating and delivering our ceremony. We could not be happier with the final result

Thanks to her sensitive and thorough preparation, Clarissa was able to produce a funny, touching, charming and eloquent account of Tommaso and Chiara’s courtship and relationship. And faced with many guests who spoke either English or Italian but not both, she skilfully alternated between the two languages so as to include everyone. There were many memorable moments in her brief speech; I will share just one. “If marriage is standing together, facing the world,” said Clarissa, “Tommaso and Chiara have the sun shining on their faces and the wind at their backs.” It was a figure of speech that elegantly and effortlessly captured the spirit of this young couple, fierce travellers and explorers, as they prepare to embark on a new adventure in Australia.

Everybody commented on how much they enjoyed the ceremony and on how how much they liked you, we are really grateful because you made our ceremony very special. Thank you!
